Each piece at David Norman Design undergoes a thorough quality assurance examination to ensure its quality. Pieces that do not pass this inspection will be reworked and refinished as needed. Once we determine a piece is of the highest quality, we complete the process by adding a Branded Patch to each piece. If you are familiar with the Branding process, you know you cannot Brand a finished piece of wood since it burns the stain. Therefore, we finish your custom piece completely, examine it carefully, and then attach the Branded Patch as our seal of approval. We want every piece to meet your standards as our valued customer, as well as the standards of David Norman himself.
